originate in both San Antonio, Texas, and Long Island, New York, Nina
Sanchez Willis was educated in New York, Paris, France, and Texas,
having obtained her law degree at the University of St. Mary’s
Law School, in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Willis received her law license
in 1994.
Ms. Willis originally moved to the Highland Lakes area in 1998 to work as a prosecutor for Sam Oatman, but after a two-year move to her husband's native East Texas, returned to make the Highland Lakes area her permanent home. A serious horsewoman with ten years in cow horses and over 25 years in the hunter/jumper industry, it is not uncommon to see her in jeans and spurs, training jumping horses on the side with her husband, former two time National and Reserve Champion show jumper rider Keene Tipton, or coaching her son Wade on his jumping ponies. |
